Homemade soap make wonderful gifts.  In my post, Easy Fall Soap Recipe, I list my super easy and quick recipe for making beautiful melt and pour soap.  The huge bonus to making your own soap is that it don't cost a lot to do.  The most expensive part of making soap can just be buying the different molds.

In today's post I will list a few sellers I have purchased silicone soap molds from.  I purchased all of these beautiful molds from sellers on Ebay.  When you purchase off of Ebay, you are able to buy directly from the supplier, which means savings for you.

I own all of the soap molds I list below and I can say that I was extremely happy with the quality of all of them.  Something you have to be careful about when buying soap molds is that they will be big and not tiny.  There are sellers on Ebay who sell very tiny molds and you want to make sure you know what you are buying.  All of the molds I list below were a nice good size and none of them were tiny.  These sellers also sent these molds to me quickly and in good time, which was a huge plus for me.

Here are my favorite silicone soap molds that I use to make soap gifts from:

1. Curly Sheep Silicone Soap Mold

Sheep soap mold

From seller "bksilicone", has 98.9% positive reviews from 105 customer reviews at the time of writing this post.  I have ordered a few soap molds from this seller and am extremely happy with them.  Not only are their prices some of the lowest around, the molds are big and high quality and they ship them very quickly.

2. Bee Honeycomb Silicone Soap Mold

This is a striking and beautiful soap mold that everyone is sure to love. This is from a seller named "allforhome2013" with 99.7% positive rating from 738 customer reviews at the time of writing this post.  The mold is big and high quality and the seller shipped it to my house quickly.

3. Octopus Silicone Soap Mold

This is a very cute Octopus mold.  Although the mold does not come with little "faces" like you see on the outside, the Octopus design in the tail is just as gorgeous as the mold reflects.  This came from a seller named "zardonc" with a 99.1% positive rating from 6,831 customer reviews at the time of writing.  This is one of the molds I use the most and I make lot of beach scented soap using this mold.  Who doesn't want to go on a beach soap vacation in December when it's freezing??  It is also great if you don't want to make a huge mold that will use all your soap base.  If you need to give soap to a lot of people, this size is just right.  This seller has many unique and creative silicone molds - including brains, legos, shark tails and more, all very reasonably priced and much less than what you would find at a local craft store.  Their molds make great gifts and party favors for just about any occasion.

Below are some pictures of just a few of the soaps I have made with the above molds over the years.
The Christmas soaps were made using a silicone Christmas mold I found at my local Walmart on sale.  I have found some very nice and reasonably priced fall and Christmas soap molds at Walmart and Michael's over the years.  The key is too look before the holiday has started, so they won't be sold out, and after the holidays are over, when you may find some very discounted ones.
